Mood boards and design images representing the overall look and feel of the design. It is an excellent general reference for the client and can be used as advertising for Contractors.

Design Brief

The design brief lays out the finishes, colors, materials, and hardware on one single page. It's a simple way to visualize all of the principal products needed for the project.

Product Selections

Each product is presented with a general overview and larger images, accompanied by helpful installation tips. This format is designed to assist clients in making informed decisions about the best products for their home. The product selection pages also include valuable information for those projects that may involve more complex installation requirements.

Editable Sourcing Budget Document

Detailed list including product links, dimensions, and specifications. This significantly reduces sourcing time and helps quickly find comparable items to meet specific budget, timeline, or supplier needs.  Corresponds directly with product recommendations, making it simple to create accurate shopping lists, project take-offs, and budget estimates.

Editable & Printable Design Selections Form

With the ability to insert client and project information along with a sign and date section.  This ready-to-use selection form allows you to easily track client choices, obtain signatures, and date the selections process. This ensures clarity in the kitchen design choices and serves as a record for your business.

Project Budget & Material Tier

Based on the curated finishes and materials included in this collection, this design is estimated within a mid-range tier of $180 to $280 per square foot for material costs.

Please note: This is an estimated range for finishes and sourcing recommendations only. Actual costs may vary depending on your geographic location, local supplier pricing, and individual contractor installation fees.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Purchase and Delivery of Design Package: The curated design package is available for purchase via our website. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address provided at checkout. All package documents will be delivered to the provided email address within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase.

Product Link Guarantee and Substitution: While Peony Field Interiors, LLC endeavors to provide active product links at the time of purchase, we do not guarantee third-party vendor stock, pricing, or link longevity. If a recommended item is discontinued within six (6) months of purchase, please contact us, and we will make reasonable commercial efforts to suggest a substitute option. We are not responsible for vendor-driven product alterations.

Responsibility & Verification: It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and their hired licensed professionals to field-verify all physical dimensions, layout compatibility, local building codes, and safety requirements prior to ordering materials, demolition, or construction. Peony Field Interiors, LLC assumes no responsibility for ordering errors or incorrect material quantities.

Limitation of Liability: Peony Field Interiors, LLC provides conceptual design templates only and does not offer licensed engineering, architectural, or structural contracting services. In no event shall Peony Field Interiors, LLC be liable for any installation errors, structural issues, or code violations arising from the use of this design. Our total liability for any claim related to this purchase shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the design package.

All Sales Are Final: Once the design package has been delivered to the Buyer’s email, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason.
