Curated Design

Curated Interior Design Packages

Our interior design packages are strategically developed not just for the homeowner, but as an essential tool for contractors. By providing crystal-clear specifications and comprehensive visual aids upfront, we aim to streamline the construction process, minimize costly errors, and ensure project execution is as efficient and seamless as possible.

Pre-Designed

Experience the luxury of a designer-curated space without the custom price tag. Our Kitchen and Bathroom designs are ready-to-implement professional spec binders. Instead of starting from scratch, you receive a cohesive, expert-selected palette of finishes, fixtures, and materials that work harmoniously together.

Stack of Cash

Massive Cost Savings

A custom, full-service kitchen or bathroom design typically costs between $2,500 and $5,000+ in professional fees. By choosing a curated package for $700, you are saving upwards of 70% to 80% on design costs alone.

Construction Scaffolding

Avoid Costly Mistakes

Every finish in this collection—from the tile grout to the cabinet hardware—has been vetted for compatibility. This eliminates the "re-do" costs that happen when homeowners or contractors pick materials that don't technically or visually align.

Worker Carrying Tools

Contractor-Ready

These aren't just "pretty pictures." You are purchasing a technical tool that allows your contractor to provide a faster, more accurate bid, potentially saving you thousands in labor "padding" that often comes with undefined project scopes.

As a homeowner, is this an item I can purchase directly, or must my contractor acquire it on my behalf? Our designs are ideal for "Do It Yourself" homeowners or professional contractors. We simply suggest that you obtain all necessary permits and follow all local city building codes.

How can I be confident this design is suitable for my specific space? Spec Binder designs specify material finishes, making them adaptable across various spaces regardless of the layout. These designs assist contractors in accurately bidding your project and serve as a reference during the construction and installation phases.

What does the cost to implement mean? This document provides an estimated cost of materials per square foot for the design. This estimate is exclusive of labor, material transportation, and any potential special contractor pricing. Sharing these documents with your contractor will enable them to provide you with an accurate, comprehensive bid that includes both materials and labor costs.

Can I change a part of the design or substitute a material selection? Absolutely. You are welcome to make changes, and we won't be offended. We do, however, suggest consulting with your contractor before finalizing any material substitutions or design adjustments.
